Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing RemoteShe ("the platform") you agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Platform description

RemoteShe is a remote job discovery and employer directory platform. Job listings are sourced from public ATS (Applicant Tracking System) APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. We are not a recruitment agency and do not broker introductions.

3. Job seekers

• Job alerts are provided free of charge. You may unsubscribe at any time.
• Listings link to employer ATS pages. Your application is between you and the employer.
• Care Score evidence is updated when a documented policy change is verified. A verified benefit change may increase or decrease a company's score. Scores are point-in-time assessments, not guarantees of current benefits.
• You may not use the platform to scrape, harvest, or automate data collection.

4. Employers

• Auto-listed profiles are derived from public ATS data. To opt out, email contact@remoteshe.co.
• Verified and Featured tiers require a paid subscription (see For Employers).
• The Care Score audit is editorial. A subscription does not guarantee a minimum score.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent benefits information during a claim or audit.
• Subscriptions are billed annually. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods, except as required by EU consumer law.

5. Intellectual property

The Care Score methodology, platform design, copy, and logo are owned by Luana Systems. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute them without written permission. Job listing content remains the property of the respective employers.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luana Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including missed job opportunities or reliance on Care Score data.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. EU consumers retain any statutory rights they have under applicable EU consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
